Privacy policy
Your visit. Your correspondence. Your rights.
This policy explains how Celiums Solutions, LLC handles personal information when you visit celiums.ai or contact us. It is effective from September 15, 2026 and applies to the English and Spanish versions of this corporate website.
01
Who is responsible
Celiums Solutions, LLC is a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States. We operate this website and determine the purposes of the processing described here. Correspondence: Calle 49e #83a 200, Apt 1520, Medellín, Antioquia 050004, Colombia. Privacy contact: hello@celiums.ai.
Hyphae Research Foundation is an initiative in formation, not a separate legal or tax-exempt entity. Celiums is its organizer, interim custodian, funder, and operator. Links to its website and to software projects lead to distinct surfaces with their own published disclosures.
02
Information we process
Website delivery and protection: Cloudflare processes ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and user-agent information, requested URL, date and time, response information, and security signals. These data allow the network to deliver the website, diagnose failures, and detect or mitigate abuse.
Direct correspondence: when you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, message content, attachments, and ordinary mail-routing metadata. Our domain uses Hostinger mail services. Share only information relevant to your request; do not send passwords, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive records.
This website has no account registration, payment checkout, contact form, advertising network, or visitor analytics. It does not collect the contents of your local Hyphae installation or an agent memory database. Visiting this site does not connect us to your software or devices.
03
Purposes and applicable legal bases
We process request information to provide a functional, secure website and to prevent misuse. We process correspondence to answer questions, handle privacy or security requests, and discuss the research or business relationship you initiate. We may retain necessary records to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where a law requires a specified legal basis, the applicable basis depends on the purpose and that law: our legitimate interests in website security and responding to relevant inquiries, steps you request before a contract, contractual or legal obligations, or consent where required. We request consent when the applicable law requires it and explain the relevant purpose. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated profiling.
04
Cookies and local presentation
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or visitor analytics beacons. Cloudflare security features may use strictly necessary cookies when needed to validate a request or protect the service. Such security processing is distinct from behavioral advertising.
The site uses your browser’s reduced-motion and data-saving preferences locally to adapt animations. We do not save a visitor profile or an analytics identifier in browser storage. You can manage cookies through your browser; disabling a necessary security cookie may affect a challenged request.
05
Recipients and international processing
Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. Hostinger provides mail delivery for our corporate contact address. Authorized personnel and professional advisers may access information when necessary for their role and subject to appropriate confidentiality duties. We may disclose necessary information when lawfully required, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a properly governed business transfer with the protections required by law.
Providers and authorized operations may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, Colombia, and countries where their infrastructure operates. When applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, we use the legally required measures rather than treating an international link as consent to a transfer. Provider information is available at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ and https://www.hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy. Contact us to ask about safeguards relevant to your data.
06
Retention and security
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and the relationship it concerns, then delete it or limit retention to a documented legal, security, or claims-related need. Relevant criteria include whether a request remains open, contractual and statutory obligations, applicable limitation periods, and the sensitivity of the information. Provider request and security records follow the enabled service configuration and applicable provider terms; retention therefore depends on the service and record concerned. Contact us for information relevant to your request.
We use encrypted website delivery, access controls, and data minimization appropriate to this informational service. Access to correspondence is limited to legitimate needs. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a personal-data incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice.
07
Your rights and how to contact us
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on it; and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. Applicable Colombian rights include knowing, updating, and rectifying data, requesting information about its use and proof of authorization where required, and requesting revocation or deletion when legally available. The Colombian supervisory authority is the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (https://sedeelectronica.sic.gov.co/).
Email hello@celiums.ai with “Privacy” in the subject, your request, and enough context to locate the relevant correspondence. We may request proportionate identity verification, but never your password. We respond within the applicable statutory deadlines and explain a refusal or permitted extension. You may complain to an authority without first contacting us. We do not retaliate for exercising a protected right.
08
Children, external sites, and changes
This is a general informational site, not a service directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child sent us information that requires special protection, contact us so we can assess and address it.
External websites, repositories, publications, and email clients operate under their own policies. We date and version updates to this policy and explain material changes. An update does not retroactively authorize a new incompatible use of personal information.
