The origin remains. The work opens up.
Celiums is the systems house that started this work. The foundation is the initiative through which we are organizing its open future.
Today, Celiums Solutions, LLC organizes, funds, operates, and provides interim custody for the initiative. The foundation is not yet a separate legal entity, charity, or tax-exempt organization. Current holders retain title until a documented transfer is executed and accepted.
The official foundation website is the home for project status, governance, and participation. Software licenses, contributor rights, and project identities remain explicit.
