Acceptable use
Access that respects the work and the people.
This policy applies to access to celiums.ai and use of Celiums company contact channels. It is effective from September 15, 2026 and forms part of the Website Terms. Software licenses and separate project policies retain their own scope.
01
Legitimate access
You may read, link to, and lawfully quote the website and access research and software under their stated licenses. Accessibility tools, ordinary browsing, and proportionate search indexing are legitimate uses. Automated access must respect applicable rights, published technical instructions, and reasonable rate or security controls.
02
Protecting the service
Do not seek unauthorized access to systems or data, evade access controls, distribute malware, exploit a vulnerability without authorization, or intentionally degrade availability through excessive traffic or other interference. Do not use another person’s credentials or collect credentials through impersonation.
These rules do not prohibit authorized security testing, a project’s lawful independent study under its license, or good-faith vulnerability reporting. Testing a live service requires authorization for the specific target and activity.
03
Respectful and lawful communication
Do not use company channels for fraud, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, unlawful content, unsolicited bulk messages, or the disclosure of personal or confidential information without authority. Do not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authorization, or relationship with Celiums or the foundation.
04
Security and research reports
For a software vulnerability, use the affected repository’s published security policy. For this website, contact hello@celiums.ai with “Security” in the subject and a concise description of the affected URL, observation, and potential impact. Avoid sending unnecessary personal data, live credentials, or harmful attachments.
Limit activity to what is authorized, stop if sensitive data is encountered, and coordinate disclosure so an issue can be assessed and addressed. This policy does not establish a bounty program, authorize intrusive testing, or promise immunity on behalf of third parties.
05
Proportionate protective measures
Where reasonably necessary to protect the website or people, we may apply request challenges, rate limits, traffic blocks, or filters for abusive messages. We consider severity, evidence, recurrence, and the impact on legitimate access, and limit measures to the affected surface where practicable.
We may act promptly during an active incident and retain relevant evidence as permitted by law. We may notify competent authorities where legally required or justified. Website controls do not revoke rights already granted under an open-source license or decide unrelated project participation.
06
Reporting mistakes and requesting review
If you believe a protective measure affected legitimate access, contact hello@celiums.ai with “Access review” in the subject, the approximate time, affected URL, and a non-sensitive description. We assess the available evidence and correct mistakes where appropriate. Do not bypass a control while a request is being considered.
The Website Terms govern applicable law and notices. Changes to this policy are dated, versioned, and prospective. These rules preserve mandatory rights and the independent licenses and contribution policies of open projects.
